My Passion:

I'm passionate about helping women strengthen their self-esteem and feel empowered in their relationships.

In addition to being a Therapist, I identify in many ways, some of which are:  a woman of colour, a Muslim, and a person who feels a calling to help others.

Most of all, I am a regular person, just like you!  I’m human and I’ve also had difficult experiences in life.

My Journey:

I have been where many of you are and have faced challenges that have impacted my life in various ways with numerous obstacles to navigate.  I know what it’s like to feel stuck and disconnected from yourself.

While navigating through the difficulties was not easy, I learned a lot of important life lessons that have helped me to grow and transform.

That’s why I am so passionate about helping others find their own way through their challenges with guidance and support, so they don’t have to figure it all out on their own.

My Mission:

My mission is to help you connect to your authentic self, value yourself, be the best version of yourself, and feel confident showing up as who you are in your life and within your relationships.

When we can relate to ourselves in a healthy way, we have a greater capacity to relate and respond to others in a healthy way that promotes authentic connection.
